At The Pine Sisters, we truly want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Final Sale Items

All items marked as sale or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE.

Final sale items:

  • Cannot be returned

  • Cannot be exchanged

  • Are not eligible for store credit

Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing any discounted items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale and discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items returned without original tags

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at: support@thepinesisters.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will make it right.
